LM Global Telecoms specialises in providing communications and business systems to SME, mid-market, enterprise, and public sector organisations, enabling their customers to work anywhere, productively and securely.

Upon initially meeting with LM Global, it was clear that they valued the benefit of implementing a marketing strategy and plan that best encompassed all of their objectives.

Due to the nature of their business, its objectives and target audience, we focused on raising brand awareness, delivering a fantastic website experience and implementing a digital marketing strategy designed to reach its audience with a strong, quality message… Connecting LM Global to the people that matter most.


We worked closely with LM Global to understand the values of their brand, its story and their goals for the business. We then developed a visual identity which not only appealed to its target audiences but reflected its professional personality.

We followed our tried and tested website process to identify its objectives, audience, how best to engage them and which functionality was needed before designing a comprehensive website structure and wireframe system. Once agreed, the website was designed and built adhering to brand guidelines and with long term organic Search Engine Optimisation in mind.  

The website continues to develop as the business evolves and we analyse performance and implement strategic changes. This conversion rate optimisation means better return on investment.  


Given the B2B nature of LM Global and the personas of the audience they’d be best connected to, LinkedIn was selected as the ideal platform for their social media communications.  We implemented a strategic calendar with regular, engaging posts to increase brand awareness and recognition, making relevant connections and participating in engaging conversations. Thanks to this strategy and the increased profile it generated for LM Global, the company saw a 50% increase in organic online searches.


We strategically captured still photography assets as well as video, combined with animation that reflected LM Global’s brand and tone of voice whilst showcasing their product range. These assets can be used on both the website and social media, adding value and trust to LM Global’s LinkedIn profile. The implementation of these assets initially saw a 25% increase in engagement from visitors to the company website.


To complement the online strategy we’ve designed and produced window vinyls, vehicle wraps and branded merchandise, helping to generate further brand awareness and driving more online engagement and website traffic.
