dodio was tasked with creating an appealing and navigable website for the recruitment consultancy firm, to improve the experience of its users.

User Research

dodio carried out user research with the existing website to identify obstacles and glitches users were facing, and barriers to customer engagement. Recommendations were made to improve the layout, aesthetics and navigation of the site to improve the user experience.


CDS Recruitment needed a website that not only provided a comprehensive job posting and registration system, but also offered enhanced user experience, particularly for job searching and making applications.  By developing bespoke modules within the WordPress platform, dodio was able to meet the specific needs of the client, whilst also developing the site using software that was easy to update in house via the integrated and user-friendly CMS.

The user research dodio undertook on our behalf provided us with a great insight into the functionality required in our new website. We couldn’t be happier with the result and the new site provides us with a solid platform from which to grow the business.
